Research

Theory of Mind & Motion Perception

My research interests lie at the intersection of Theory of Mind and Motion Perception. Using a range of methods including fMRI, behavioral experiments, and computational modeling, I particularly aim to study how humans read intentions from others' actions, and subsequently make moral judgements about them. I'm also interested in studying the connection between thinking about one's own versus others' thoughts.

Software for Neuroscience

To promote the reproducibility of neuroscience research, I develop pipelines based on the Brain Imaging Data Structure. Here is my latest work PyMVPA BIDS-App, a pipeline that performs MultiVariate Pattern Analysis of fMRI data, and below is an example of visualized patterns of activation given by the software:
